Service requests outside Delhi NCR are only available in rare cases

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Refuse sale without explanation

6. Service Terms (Delhi NCR Only)

Service bookings are subject to:

  • Location verification

  • Technician availability

  • Accurate property details

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule due to operational reasons

  • Refuse unsafe service conditions

  • Refuse service if infestation severity exceeds disclosed information

7. Warranty (If Applicable)

Service warranties:

  • Apply only to specified pests.

  • Are valid only under normal residential conditions.

  • Do not apply if:

    • Hygiene conditions are not maintained.

    • Structural gaps are not sealed.

    • External infestation sources persist.

Warranty terms will be shared in writing at the time of service.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR.

  • GST shall apply as per law.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

We are not responsible for payment gateway failures beyond our control.

9. Cancellation Rights

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.
