A. Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pest control chemicals:

Products are NON-RETURNABLE once delivered.

​

Refunds are issued only if:

• Product delivered is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Product expired at time of delivery

You must notify us within 48 hours with:

• Unboxing video

• Clear photographs

• Order ID

Without video proof, claims may be rejected.

B. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

• Before dispatch only.

After dispatch:
No cancellation allowed.

C. Service Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 12 hours before scheduled time.

• Same-day cancellation may attract a service charge.

• If technician reaches site and service is refused, visit charge applies.

D. Service Refunds

No refunds after service completion.

Refunds are considered only if:

• Service was not delivered.

• Technician failed to attend without notice.

If covered under warranty, revisit will be provided instead of refund.
